1. Who We Are

Law Co-Pilot LLP is a Hyderabad-based legal technology company that offers AI-powered solutions to support legal professionals in research, drafting, translation, and document review. Our objective is to streamline complex legal workflows through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.

1.1 Services Offered:

The Law Co-Pilot Platform currently offers the following Services:

(a) Legal Research Tool

An AI-assisted research engine designed to help legal professionals retrieve relevant case laws, statutes, regulations, and commentary from public sources and proprietary databases. The tool enhances legal research productivity by surfacing relevant information contextually and efficiently.

(b) Document Analysis Tool

Allows users to securely upload legal documents for review. The platform facilitates AI-based summarization, semantic querying, issue spotting, and insight extraction from pleadings, contracts, orders, and more.

(c) Legal Translation Tool

Provides AI-based legal translation services, enabling users to translate legal documents and court records between Indian languages and English while preserving legal meaning and context.

(d) Legal Drafting Tool

Aided by AI, this module helps generate legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, contracts, notices, and representations. Users input factual or contextual data, and the system generates legally structured output tailored to jurisdiction and document type.

(e) Document Comparison Tool

Allows users to compare multiple versions of legal documents, highlighting variations in clauses, definitions, and obligations. Useful in contract redlining, amendment review, or litigation pleadings.

(f) Other Services

We continue to expand our offerings with new features such as case timeline builders, statutory compliance checkers, or interactive query assistants. Law Co-Pilot reserves the right to alter, enhance, or withdraw any of the Services at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via in-product notifications or email.

1.2 Disclaimer

The Law Co-Pilot Platform and its contents are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as available" basis for informational and research purposes only. The legal data made accessible through the platform may include content sourced from public websites, including decisions, statutes, rules, notifications, and orders made available through government or public sources.

1.2.1 No Legal Advice or Representation

Law Co-Pilot LLP is not a law firm, does not engage in the practice of law, and does not offer legal representation or legal advice in any jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining the accuracy, relevance, legality, and applicability of any Output or insight produced through the Services.

The Services rely on AI models, publicly available datasets, and third-party APIs. You are advised not to upload sensitive or privileged content unless you have implemented appropriate encryption and safeguards.

1.2.7 No Reliance or Estoppel

You agree not to rely on the Platform or any Output as the sole basis for making legal, financial, or regulatory decisions. No statement or representation made by the Company or its personnel, whether in product communications, support, or otherwise, shall be construed as giving rise to legal obligations, estoppel, or reliance.

1.2.8 Abuse, Malicious Use, and Copyright Compliance
